Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree required with clinical experience.

• Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to travel across sites as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and lead quality improvement activities using data and evidence-based practice.
• Monitor utilization of professional home health services and inform upper management.
• Collaborate with staff educator to ensure staff competency and proper documentation.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy, compliance and reimbursement; respond to payer denials.
• Provide regular audit reports and support QA/PIP program activities.
