Pride Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support a client in Waynesville, NC. This local contract position runs for 13 weeks, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with pay ranging from $38 to $41.50 per hour on W2.

Responsibilities include providing skilled home health PT interventions, following plans, assisting patients with exercises and mobility, documenting progress, and meeting a 30-point weekly productivity target.

Formación

• Education: GED and High School diploma.
• Active North Carolina PTA license required.
• PTA certification.
• 2 years of experience in home health.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions in patients' homes.
• Follow treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises, mobility, transfers, balance, and functional activities.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Maintain patient safety and follow home health policies and procedures.
• Meet the 30-point weekly productivity expectation.
