Job summary

Medical Services of America is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Winston-Salem, NC. In this role, you will provide in-home therapy services, helping patients regain strength and mobility under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Ideal candidates will have a PTA license in North Carolina and at least one year of experience. We offer a generous pay range of $34.00-$40.00 per hour along with excellent benefits, including paid time off and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active PTA license in North Carolina (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable physical therapy experience (required).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services as outlined in the plan of care.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation according to policy.
• Educate patients and caregivers on mobility techniques.
