Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current license in state of practice.
• Current CPR and TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declination.
• Minimum one year of home health experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy assistant services to patients.
• Help patients gain strength and independence in activities of daily living.
• Coordinate care with the patient and the care team to ensure smooth home visits.
