Requirements include an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant, an active North Carolina PTA license, CPR certification, and a minimum of one year of home health or related experience; strong communication and reliable transportation are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Physical Therapist in evaluating patients and following treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
• Help patients regain their strength and mobility, manage pain, and prevent further injury or disability.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Provide education to patients and their families about their condition and treatment plan.
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations and guidelines for physical therapy services.
