Job summary

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Administer the physical therapy treatment plan in patients' homes as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Provide non-complex manual therapy, therapeutic massage, and modalities per protocol.
• Document and submit patient records to the office weekly.
• Attend educational meetings and coordinate department in-services.
• Notify supervisor of equipment issues, supply gaps, or patient changes.
• Apply infection control and universal precautions in patient care.
