Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer the PT treatment plan in patients' homes, as developed by the Physical Therapist.
• Perform non-complex active and passive manual therapy, massage, traction, heat, cold, water, and electrical modalities.
• Document client records and submit to the office weekly.
• Attend educational meetings and coordinate department in-services.
• Notify Physical Therapist or Branch Director of equipment, supply, or staff changes.
• Apply infection control and universal precautions in patient care.
