Job summary

Tri County Home Health Care is seeking a Home Health - PRN - Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to deliver in-home PT services. You will assist the PT, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and families on home exercise programs.

The role requires an active PTA license, home health experience, and the ability to work independently with strong communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Responsibilities
