Job summary

Varco Home Health seeks a Texas-licensed PTA to provide one-on-one physical therapy in patients' homes. This PRN role offers a flexible schedule and meaningful, in-home care for patients aiming to improve mobility and independence.

You will work under a supervising PT, guide patients through exercises, document visits promptly, and educate families on home programs. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Reliable transportation & valid driver's license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Document visits accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support patient goals and functional independence.
