Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduated from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program.
• Current unrestricted PTA license (state-specific) and CPR certification.
• Current driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience as required by current practicing State Board to treat patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision and direction of the licensed physical therapist.
• Implement selected components of patient interventions & treatments.
• Document progress and communicate with the supervising PT and family.
