Qualifications

• Graduate PTA program approved by the American Therapy Association.
• Current, unrestricted PTA license valid for Texas.
• 6+ months PTA experience preferred.
• Able and willing to travel 50% within the Metroplex.
• Must have dependable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Performs direct physical therapy services per plan of care.
• Follows Plan of Care under supervision of Physical Therapist.
• Instructs patients and families in home therapy programs.
• Verifies Plan of Care prior to each visit and follows physician’s orders.
• Adheres to State Practice Act Guidelines.
