Job summary

Qualifications

• Current PTA license in Colorado.
• Two years' experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs services planned, delegated and supervised by the Physical Therapist.
• Assists in preparing clinical and progress notes.
• Educates patient and family on home programs and activities of daily living.
• Maintains timely documentation and updates care plans per policy.
• Coordinates therapy with PT and other team members.
• Attends staff meetings and care conferences as scheduled.
