Job summary

Human Touch Home Care is actively seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Denver-based team. The PTA will deliver patient-centered care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, collaborating with a supportive team in a home health setting.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, educating patients and families, and participating in staff meetings. Competitive benefits and per-visit pay structure are provided to support quality care in the community.

Qualifications

• PTA program accredited by CAPTE or equivalent; or 2-year college-level PTA program approved by APTA.
• Current PTA license/registration in the practicing state, or eligibility to take the licensure exam.
• Two years of experience in home health care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform services planned, delegated and supervised by the PT.
• Assist in preparing clinical and progress notes.
• Educate patient and family on home programs and activities of daily living.
