Well Care Health in Sanford, North Carolina, seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home therapy under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. You will administer prescribed treatments, help develop personalized care plans, and educate patients and families.

Requirements include an associate degree, NC or SC licensure, CPR, at least 6 months' experience, ability to lift and transfer patients, and a valid NC driver's license.

Formación

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Licensure as a PTA in NC or SC with CPR certification.
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a PTA.
