Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Assistant Program curriculum accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes as prescribed.
• Promote patient involvement and independent maintenance of care.
• Ensure quality and safe delivery of rehabilitation services.
• Provide services in accordance with standards and regulations.
