Job summary

• CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, access to reliable transportation, and ability to work in diverse home environments
• Willingness to work weekend rotations

Responsibilities

• Following state laws and supervising physical therapists’ treatment plans
• Instructing and assisting patients with exercises, gait, transfers, and safety training
• Monitoring and documenting patient responses and communicating with healthcare team members
• Educating patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques within scope
