Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited PTA program.
• Current unrestricted state PTA license.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and educate patients to improve or maintain function.
• Communicate regularly with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Document patient progress and treatments accurately.
• Collaborate on care plans and prepare discharge instructions.
• Participate in in-service programs and ensure confidentiality.
• Report patient observations promptly.
