Job summary

Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a role in Mount Olive, Illinois. The position offers 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift as Staff employment.

A $5,000 first year success bonus is available for achieving key milestones. We require an Associate degree in physical therapy, licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, and at least one year of experience in acute or rehabilitative care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in physical therapy from an accredited college or technical school.
• Minimum one year of experience in an acute care and/or rehabilitative setting preferred; previous home health experience preferred.
• Must hold, in good standing, a license/registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant, issued by the State in which you work.
