You will help restore mobility, improve independence, and enhance quality of life through in-home care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Professional liability insurance coverage.

• Strong interpersonal and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home health PTA services under PT supervision.

• Develop individualized care plans using proven techniques.

• Document services and maintain patient records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervising therapist.
