Job summary

Projob LLC in Florida is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide home health therapy in Orlando and North Vero Beach under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The PTA helps patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.

The role requires an active Florida PTA license, at least 1 year of home health experience preferred, and the ability to work independently with a flexible schedule. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Florida license as PTA.
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services according to the established Plan of Care.
• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, endurance and balance.
• Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Communicate with the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safety techniques.
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, Medicare and agency regulations.
