PT Near Me in Florida is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver skilled therapy in patients’ homes. You’ll work under a PT plan of care with autonomy, set your own schedule, and avoid office commutes.

We provide back-office scheduling, competitive per-visit pay, and the freedom to add visits in your area. Ideal candidates have an accredited PTA degree, Florida PTA license, and a passion for home-based rehab.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license or license eligibility is required.
• Knowledge of outpatient/home rehab techniques and medical terminology.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work independently within a defined service area.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for helping patients regain function at home.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled PTAs treatment under a PT-authored plan of care in patients' homes (e.g., therapeutic exercise, mobility and gait training).
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, mobility strategies and safety.
• Document visits accurately and communicate progress to supervising PT.
• Maintain safe, professional practice during every home visit.
• Treat diverse cases including post-accident, post-surgical and chronic conditions.
