Job summary

The PTA must hold an Oklahoma license and be comfortable working independently, building lasting patient relationships, and documenting progress for supervising therapists.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma PTA license.
• Home health experience is a plus but not required.
• Able to work independently with a flexible schedule.
• Able to build relationships with patients one-on-one.
• Open to full-time or part-time, flexible to availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment in patients' homes under supervising PT.
• Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence at home.
• Document treatment progress and communicate updates to supervising PT.
• Build genuine relationships with patients over the course of care.
• Manage your own daily schedule and caseload.
