CVHCare is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health Care Agency in Woodland Hills, CA. The PTA provides therapy services under a Physical Therapist, including exercises, gait and balance training, and modalities, with patient progress reported to the PT.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of PTA experience, CA PTA license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. Per diem schedule with 12 visits/week and regions in Area #40/41 are available.

Qualifications

• One year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Current CA Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) License.
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Valid California Driver License.
• CPR Certification.
• Must be able to attend one week of orientation and training.

Responsabilités

• Provide physical therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Instruct and assist patients with exercises and balance training.
• Record patient responses and report outcomes to the PT.
