Pinnacle Home Care seeks a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our award-winning team serving patients in Hardee County, Florida. You will support PTs in developing and reassessing home health plans, guiding patients through exercises, and educating families for ongoing care.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited PTA program graduate credential, FL PTA license with BLS, and reliable transportation. EMR experience is a plus; new grads welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Candidate must graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Florida PTA license with active licensure and current BLS certification is required.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and auto insurance is required.
• At least 1 year of home healthcare experience is preferred; new grads welcome.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and strong physical stamina are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating and developing patient care plans and reassessments.
• Document clinical notes and progress for PT review.
• Perform therapeutic exercises and assist patients with self-help devices.
• Instruct patients and families on therapy exercises with the PT.
• Monitor adverse reactions and report findings to PT/physician.
