Job summary

A List Therapy Group is a therapist-owned home health network in Southern California seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team serving Santa Paula and surrounding areas. This contractor role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build your caseload with consistent patient referrals.

Compensation is per visit at $65–$70, with a $250 sign-on bonus and a $250 clinician referral bonus; drivers and a CA PTA license required to participate in home health

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to provide services as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments according to the established plan of care.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, and functional mobility.
• Monitor and communicate patient progress to the supervising Physical Therapist.
