A List Therapy Group is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for home health in Southern California. Earn $65–$70 per completed visit with a $250 sign-on bonus and a $250 referral bonus. Flexible scheduling and the ability to choose your coverage areas and build your own caseload.

Qualifications

• Active California PTA license.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to provide services as an independent contractor.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, and functional mobility.
• Monitor and communicate patient progress to the supervising Physical Therapist.
