A List Therapy Group, a leading home health therapy network in Southern California, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for home health with a flexible schedule and robust referral opportunities. Earn $65–$70 per completed visit, plus a $250 sign-on bonus and a $250 referral bonus.

Join our therapist-owned organization and choose your preferred service areas within and around Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura counties.

Qualifications

• Active California PTA license required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to provide services as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, and functional mobility.
• Monitor and communicate patient progress to the supervising Physical Therapist.
