Qualifications

• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a home health team focused on the patient's plan of care.
• Assist patient with exercises and hands-on therapy.
• Educate patients on their plan of care and self-care.
• Coach family on therapy goals and assisting with exercises.
