Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to serve patients in Burlington and Camden counties. This is a part-time, pay per point position that supports patients in the comfort of their homes.

As a PTA you will carry out treatment plans under a licensed Physical Therapist, assess patient progress, and collaborate with nurses and other team members to ensure optimal home-based care and safety.

Qualifications

• Must hold NJ licensure or certification as PTA.
• Graduated from a two-year PTA program approved by APTA.
• Two years PTA experience preferred; proficiency exam may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide at-home physical therapy treatments and client education.
• Monitor and adjust care plans in collaboration with a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Support multidisciplinary team and ensure safe, quality home health care.
