Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. seeks a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for home health visits in Proctor, VT. Full-time or part-time roles available in Rutland County and surrounding areas, serving adult and geriatric patients on a per-visit basis.

Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will provide treatment, tests, education and interventions to help clients attain or maintain optimal physical well-being in their home environments.

Qualifications

• Have current licensure in Vermont.
• Completed an accredited two-year PTA program.
• Have at least one year of work under PTA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with treatment, tests and interventions under a licensed PT.
• Provide 1:1 home health PTA services.
• Educate clients and families on exercises and care.
