The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Florida. You will assist Physical Therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans, and help patients regain movement and manage pain in home care settings.

Ideal candidates have experience in patient care, especially geriatrics or hospital settings, knowledge of physiology, and familiarity with inpatient therapy procedures. We offer flexible hours and competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care preferred (geriatrics, orthopedics, hospital settings or home care).
• Knowledge of physiology and occupational health practices.
• Familiarity with inpatient therapy procedures.

Responsabilités

• Provide assistance to Physical Therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain
• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and care routines
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
