Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a full-time or part-time role conducting home health visits in the Riverside, NJ area. The position supports adult and geriatric patients in Senior Living facilities across Burlington and Camden Counties.

Qualified candidates will hold NJ PTA licensure, have completed a 2-year PTA program, and possess at least one year of supervised PTA experience.

Qualifications

• NJ licensure/certification required.
• Two-year college PTA program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Two years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and a satisfactory proficiency exam if applicable.
• At least one year of work under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Administer home health PTA visits under licensed PT supervision.
• Perform treatments, tests, client education, and interventions as delegated.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
