Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for Moorestown, New Jersey. The role is available for full-time or part-time work performing home health visits in Senior Living Facilities offices in Burlington and Camden County.

Responsibilities include providing treatment, tests, client education and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist. NJ licensure and a two-year PTA program are required, with additional experience preferences noted in

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification in New Jersey.
• Graduate of a two-year PTA program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Two years of PTA experience and a satisfactory proficiency exam if applicable.
• At least one year of work experience under a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Perform home health visits for assigned patients.
• Provide treatment, tests, client education and appropriate interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Support patient safety and home health care standards during visits.
• Maintain clear documentation and coordinate with the supervising PT.
