Job summary

The role involves supporting patients in the Westchester area and may include travel to patient locations (~20% of the day) with an 8-hour shift across a 40-hour workweek.

The team values compassionate care, efficient charting, and collaboration to implement patient care plans. An Associate degree and license as a PTA are required, with willingness to drive as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in physical therapy is required.
• Minimum one year of experience in acute care or rehabilitative setting preferred; home health experience preferred.
• Must hold license/registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Current driver’s license and ability to travel to patient locations (~20% of day).
• Commitment to meeting deadlines for charting and documentation.
• Experience using tablets and mobile devices and EMR software.
