Adoration Health is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Brewton, AL team. You will provide patient-centered PT services in a 1:1 home setting, under the supervision of a licensed PT, with a focus on improving function and independence.

Qualificações

• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.

Responsabilidades

• Provides physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the licensed Physical Therapist in accordance with the patient’s Plan of Treatment.
• Regularly confers with the Physical Therapist regarding patient progress and plan of treatment.
• Communicates patient needs to the Physical Therapist and assists in obtaining adaptive equipment to improve function.
• Maintains and submits patient treatment and billing documentation per company and regulatory requirements.
