Adoration Health is seeking a passionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Nags Head, NC. You will provide one-on-one patient care within home settings, following the Plan of Treatment under supervision of a Physical Therapist.

The role emphasizes independent work with team support, offering a $10K sign-on bonus and a stable, patient-focused practice in a growing home health organization.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification as required by state.
• Minimum of one year's work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to neurological injury.

Responsabilités

• Provides physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the qualified Physical Therapist in accordance with the patient's Plan of Treatment.
• Confers with Physical Therapist regularly regarding the plan of treatment, status toward goals, questions and concerns.
• Communicates patient's needs and progress to the Physical Therapist of record and assists in obtaining adaptive equipment to improve function.
• Maintains and submits patient treatment and billing documentation in required formats and timelines.
