Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Home Health PTA in Lenoir, NC. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered, in-home physical therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

You will work Monday–Friday, provide 1:1 care, and collaborate with a supportive team to help patients achieve functional goals in their home setting.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the practicing state.
• BLS or CPR certification required by state regulations.
• Minimum of one year work experience as a PTA preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to neurological injury.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 physical therapy services planned and supervised by the Licensed PT.
• Regularly confer with the Physical Therapist regarding patient progress and plan of care.
• Assist in securing adaptive equipment to improve function and independence.
• Maintain and submit patient treatment and billing documentation per regulations.
