Job summary

Adoration Health Home Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Salisbury, NC. You will provide patient-centered, 1:1 PT services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, delivering care in patients' homes within Rowan and Iredell Counties.

The role offers a full-time schedule, independence with team support, and opportunities for professional growth in a growing home health organization.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the practicing state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification as required by state regulations.
• A minimum of one year of work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides PT services planned, delegated and supervised by the licensed PT per the treatment plan.
• Regularly communicates progress and needs with the PT of record and procures adaptive equipment as needed.
• Maintains and submits patient treatment and billing records in required formats and timelines.
