Job summary

Penn Medicine in Princeton is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Home Care team. You will deliver skilled therapy to patients in their homes, assess function, and develop individualized treatment plans to restore and maintain mobility.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, participate in training and professional development, and benefit from Penn Medicine's commitment to innovation, education, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from CAPTE accredited school of physical therapy (MS or Doctorate preferred).
• Licensed to practice physical therapy in Pennsylvania.
• BLS/CPR as a healthcare provider per American Heart Association.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Car Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy in patients' homes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to design and implement therapy plans.
• Plan and carry out individualized PT treatment programs to restore physical function.
• Assess and monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
