Spokane Valley Assured Home Health, part of the Optum family, seeks a Physical Therapist to assess and plan care for patients in Stevens and Pend Orielle counties, including Chewelah, Deer Park, Newport and Colville. You will determine treatment plans, perform interventions, and evaluate progress in home health settings.

Requires WA PT licensure and a valid driver’s license; CPR certification preferred. Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Washington.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates the patient's functional status and PT needs; assists in plan of care.
• Provides services within scope of practice per state laws and plan of care.
• Observes and reports patient response to treatment to nurse/physician.
• Treats patients to relieve pain, restore function, and maximize independence.
• Instructs patient, family, and care team about plan of care and progress.
• Visits patients per Plan of Treatment; documents progress notes per policy.
• Completes all evaluations and develops PT plan within state guidelines.
• Reports outcomes, goals, and projected care frequency.
