Job summary

Riverside Health System in Gloucester is hiring a Staff Physical Therapist to help patients regain independence in their homes through expert evaluations and hands-on therapy.

You'll perform OASIS assessments, develop evidence-based plans of care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. Eligible for sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for qualifying candidates.

Qualifications

• Doctoral/ master's or bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• 1 year PT experience is preferred.
• Valid Virginia PT license expected upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with PT evaluations and goal-oriented plans.
• Perform OASIS assessments and update care plans with the care team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and supervise PT assistants as needed.
• Document progress notes to support outcomes and reimbursement.
• Adjust treatment plans to maximize recovery and independence.
