Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice Careers is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Texas to evaluate and treat patients in home health settings, focused on improving mobility and functional independence. You will use a variety of modalities and participate in programs such as Balance and Fall Prevention and Joint Replacement pathways to support patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include comprehensive exams, treatment planning, and collaboration with care teams across home-based services.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in Texas.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current therapy practice.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities.
• Aim to improve mobility and independence in daily living activities.
• Utilize specialty programs (Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement, Total Shoulder Replacement) to treat patients.
