Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise patient care plans in collaboration with physician.
• Administer therapeutic treatments and evaluate equipment needs.
• Participate in clinical conferences and in-service programs.
• Conduct on-site supervisory visits of assistants.
• Advise families and agency personnel as needed.
• Prepare clinical and progress notes.
• Ensure confidentiality and privacy rights.
• Evaluate care outcomes.
• Plan for patient discharge.
