Job summary

Aspire Home Healthcare Of Northern California Inc is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for in-home care in the Chico area. This part-time, paid-per-visit position offers competitive compensation and mileage reimbursement with 3 weeks of PDO per year.

One-on-one patient care and regular merit-based evaluations are provided. The PT will interpret recommendations, plan and supervise PTAs/HHAs, assess patients, develop and execute individualized treatment plans, and document progress daily while

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in CA.
• Minimum 1 year PT experience preferred.
• OASIS and Wellsky (Kinser) experience strongly preferred.
• Current TB results and CPR Certification.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of liability insurance on automobile.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and evaluate recommendations and orders.
• Plan, administer and supervise PTAs and HHAs according to the treatment plan.
• Develop treatment plans and administer therapy.
• Document patient’s treatment and progress in charts.
• Coordinate total patient care and home program development.
