Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join the Big Island Visits Team in Kona, Hawaii. You will assess patients in their homes, develop individualized care plans, and provide skilled PT services to help clients reach their goals.

Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based interventions, documenting care using a touchpad tablet, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and paid training are offered.

Qualifications

• Hawaii Physical Therapist license required.
• Graduation from an APTA-approved PT program or equivalent.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements (mobility, strength, balance, gait).
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with therapeutic exercises and gait training.
• Apply wound care and integumentary interventions with evidence-based dressings when needed.
• Continuously assess and revise PT care plans.
