Job summary

BrightStar Care Zerrot, Inc. in Nevada is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide home health services across Boulder City, Henderson, Las Vegas and North Las Vegas.

You will evaluate clients, develop treatment plans, and help patients regain mobility and independence. The ideal candidate holds an active Nevada PT license, has at least one year of experience, CPR/BLS, a valid driver’s license, and is comfortable with home-based care.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum one year of PT experience.
• CPR Certification (BLS preferred).
• Ability to lift/pull 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• 2-Step TB test and Physical Exam.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Experience with home health, rehabilitation, or geriatric care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence.
• Educate clients and caregivers on adaptive techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
