Job summary

OhioHealth at Home in partnership with Compassus seeks a Home Health Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes across Southeast Columbus, OH. You’ll help patients reclaim strength and independence, enabling participation in daily activities such as church or gardening.

Minimum qualifications include a BS in Physical Therapy, current license, valid driver’s license, CPR, and at least two years of PT experience in acute care or rehab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (BSPT) required.
• Current State License as a Physical Therapist.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Current CPR, TB and Hepatitis consent/declination.
• Two years’ experience as a Physical Therapist in acute care or rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care in the home setting.
• Help patients regain strength and independence for daily living activities.
