Compassus in partnership with OhioHealth at Home is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver in-home care in the Southeast Columbus, OH area. You’ll assess, plan, and implement therapy programs that help patients restore mobility and independence, with a focus on safe, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and state licensure.
• Current State License as a Physical Therapist.
• Valid Driver’s License and CPR certification.
• Two years’ experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one PT care in patients' homes.
• Help patients regain strength and independence for daily living activities such as mobility and activities of daily living.
