You’ll perform mobility and gait assessments, develop treatment plans, provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, and educate clients and families while documenting care in the EMR. Flexible scheduling and onsite home visits are common.

Qualifikationen

• Current Arizona PT license (or eligibility).
• Graduation from an accredited PT program.
• Comfort with EMR systems (training provided).

Aufgaben

• Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise.
• Implement skin and wound-prevention strategies.
• Educate clients and families to promote long-term success.
• Document care using our intuitive EMR system.
