Trilogy Home Healthcare in Florida is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one home health services, helping patients improve mobility, strength and balance. You will set care goals and evaluate the home environment for safety, enabling recovery and independence.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Current Florida PT license.
• Valid Florida driver’s license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR.
• 1+ year of experience required; Home Health experience preferred.
• Sound judgement and a passion for patient care and outcomes.

Responsabilidades
